Why pure water works

01

No residue

Purified water has nothing left in it to dry as spots, so glass dries clear.

02

No chemicals

Safe around planting, ponds and pets — nothing harsh runs off the building.

03

Safer

Work from the ground with poles instead of ladders for most buildings.

04

Frames included

The brush cleans frames and sills as well as the glass.

05

High reach

Poles reach upper floors; IPAF-certified access equipment above that.

06

Lasts longer

No soap film left behind to attract dirt between visits.

How a reach-and-wash clean works

Tap water is filtered and purified to remove the minerals that cause spotting. It is pumped up a lightweight water-fed pole to a soft brush, which scrubs the glass and frames, then the glass is rinsed with the same pure water and left to dry naturally.

It is the method we use on most commercial buildings across Rutland, Uppingham, Oakham and Grantham.

Common questions

Pure Water Window Cleaning: common questions

Why are the windows left wet?

Pure water dries without leaving spots or streaks, so there is no need to dry the glass. That is the point of the method.

Is pure water cleaning safe around ponds and plants?

Yes. No detergents or chemicals are used, only purified water.

How high can you reach?

Water-fed poles reach most commercial buildings from the ground. For anything higher we use IPAF-certified access equipment.
